Can I check in early or check out late?
Occasionally there will be some flexibility on arrival and departure times so, please, do check with us beforehand.
How many can the house sleep?
The house sleeps up to 14 people in 7 bedrooms. 2 year olds and younger are NOT counted, and are very welcome. We can provide a travel cot and high chair. We have a put-me-up if your two year old is already sleeping in a bed.
The House is perfect for us. How do we book?
Let us know by e-mail or phone call that you wish to book. We will reserve your dates for up to 2 days and send you bank details for the transfer. The Booking Deposit is one third of the stated rental price. It is non-refundable. Receipt of the b d formally secures your booking. The balance becomes payable 6 weeks before arrival.
How do I get Catering for my dinner party?
We can personally recommend several local chefs, He/she will come in , cook for you, serve at table and clear up afterwards. We will be happy to give you contact details and you can phone around to checkout availability, menus and prices.
Is parking available for our guests?
We have ample off road parking for all our guests. (No Additional charge)
Do we have to pay for extra logs?
You will receive a generous basket of logs for the open fire in the drawing room and the stove in the sitting/breakfast room. There will be a small charge for additional seasoned logs. Only logs and kindling provided by us may be used.
I'm concerned about my information, What happens to my data and details?
All data regarding visitors is kept secure under GDPR & protected by data encryption technologies. Information will never be rented out or sold.
Parnacott House is registered with the ICO for data handling.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. Electricity, oil for the central heating and Wi-Fi are provided for you. The rental figure is an inclusive one.
