Can I check in early or check out late?
Occasionally there will be some flexibility on arrival and departure times so please check with us. Please note that you may Incur charges if you are unduly late to leave the property.
How many can the house sleep?
The house can sleep 14 people in total, 2 year olds and younger are NOT counted, but are very welcome. A travel cot and a high chair.
I have a baby and toddler, Do they count towards the 14 occupants staying?
Infants / toddlers up to 2 years old are NOT included on the list of 14.
How do I get Catering for my dinner party?
We can personally recommend a few of our local chefs, Upon request we will be happy to give you their contact details.
Is parking available for our guests?
We have ample parking for all of your guests. (No Additional charge)

Is there extra cost for logs for a log fire/ wood burner?
You will receive a complementary basket of wood for each fire. Any additional wood will be charged at £8 per basket and £2 per basket of kindling. (plenty of paper is provided)
I'm concerned about my information, What happens to my data and details?
All data regarding visitors is kept secure under GDPR & protected by data encryption technologies. Any ands all your information will never be rented out or sold.
Will there be an added charge for electricity used?
NO. There are no added charges and no hidden fees for electricity or heating oil, especially over winter.
